1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Sole Savings website and membership program (the “Service”), operated by Sole Savings. By creating an account, submitting our sign-up form, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Sole Savings provides

Sole Savings is a free membership that curates and delivers discounts, promotions and other offers from participating merchants. We are not the seller of the goods or services featured in any offer, we do not process purchases, and we do not sell products through this website. Every transaction takes place directly between you and the participating merchant, subject to that merchant's own terms, pricing and availability.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to join. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep it up to date, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your membership. We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these terms or is used fraudulently.

4. Offers, pricing and availability

Offers are limited in time and quantity, may be restricted to specific locations or merchants, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time by us or by the merchant. Prices, original prices and discount percentages shown are provided by participating merchants and are illustrative of typical member savings. We do not guarantee any particular amount of savings.

5. SMS program terms

If you check the applicable consent box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Sole Savings as described below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services, and is not required to join or use the Service.

• Program description: recurring automated service updates, account notifications and — if you separately consent — marketing communications and promotions sent to the phone number you provide.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity, interests and available offers.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Sole Savings does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opt-out: you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from the program.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@solesavings.com.
• Carriers: supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Email communications

By joining, you agree to receive membership emails containing deals and account information. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time without affecting your membership.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reselling or redistributing offers, interfering with the operation of the site, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or submitting another person's contact information without their permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Sole Savings name, logo, site design and content are owned by Sole Savings or its licensors. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the offers described.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sole Savings is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, goods or services of any participating merchant.

10. Changes and contact
